Carol Collison

Partner of Global Wine Partners | Wine Industry Mergers & Acquisitions

Carol Isherwood Collison specializes in providing merger and acquisition advisory services to the wine industry. She is a registered securities broker-dealer and a California-licensed real estate broker (CRE #01934586). 

Collison is a magna cum laude graduate of the University of California at Los Angeles with a BA in Economics and Political Science and has a Masters degree in Business Administration from the Haas School of Business at the University of California at Berkeley.

Prior to Global Wine Partners

Before joining Global Wine Partners in 2008, Carol spent over 20 years in commercial banking and finance working with entrepreneurs at every stage of the business cycle. She began working with start-ups as an SBA consultant to commercial banks, then worked in community banking with growing businesses, and finished her commercial banking career in middle-market lending to the wine industry. Now at GWP, she works with entrepreneurs at the final stage of their business: assisting them with a successful exit.
